Al Hayer Housing Development

Having previously worked with Nael General Contracting Group, Al Ain on previous projects, Polypipe Middle East already had a good relationship with the contractor which allowed us to work on the Al Hayer Housing Development in Al Ain which was installed with our solvent welded Terrain systems. The contractor had already used and trusted our solutions and were also very impressed with the overall service, quality, on-going communication and onsite support offered.

The onsite support included training which focused on the installation of the Terrain Above Ground Drainage System and the Terrain Below Ground Drainage System which incorporated promoting the different product types, a live demonstration as well as a quiz and prizes at the end of the session. The multi-lingual training was undertaken in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam allowing great communication and understanding amongst the attendees. The site engineers and supervisors were very impressed with the technical support they received which helped them to gain a great understanding of how simple and easy Terrain joints are made whilst understanding the overall system.

The Al Hayer Housing Development in Al Ain includes two areas which are under construction. Area one will offer 300 villas, two mosques, central retail, decentralized retail parks, community centers, nursery, medical clinic, landscaping works and infrastructure works. Area two will offer 30 villa plots, landscaping and infrastructure works.
