Mixed-use development in Ras Al Khaimah gets the Polypipe Middle East treatment
Terrain and Effast solutions chosen for mixed-use development and hotel.
Mixed-use developments are often very complex spaces and require in-depth planning when it comes to the management of water.
With vast experience in mixed-use, Polypipe Middle East was able to provide the ideal engineered end-to-end solution for the Phase 1 of the Hamarain mixed-use development and the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. The whole Master Plan Development in Ras Al Khaimah is worth $500 million.
Featuring offices, residences, a hotel and a shopping mall, the development called for high-performing systems and indepth planning to manage water within its complex architecture. As an expert in sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, Polypipe Middle East was able to offer excellent technical support and expertise in tandem with its key distributor, Bin Moosa & Daly, also known for its exceptional customer service.
When faced with product specification, SE&M Consultants chose Terrain due to prior knowledge and experience of using the system. The Consultant worked alongside Main Contractor, Al Rakha General Contracting and MEP Contractor, Electro RAK LLC, on the project. Terrain is fully supported with locally-based technical engineers to assist with a ‘fit and forget’ design and installation. Not only that, but Terrain meets both local and international quality regulations.
