The D1 Tower in Dubai required an efficient drainage ventilation system.
Terrain P.A.P.A. system was installed in the D1 (Dubai Number One) Tower, providing a simplified but efficient drainage ventilation system. This 80 floor luxury residential building is 284 m tall and features a sky rise lounge, private cinema, indoor pool, gymnasium and concierge services. D1 is adjacent to the Palazzo Versace Dubai, a luxury hotel and resort in Culture Village. The ambitious design required a robust, reliable and environmentally friendly drainage and ventilation solution that would eliminate bad odours whilst avoiding a need for unsightly open venting through the roof. Easy to install and cost effective, the innovative Terrain P.A.P.A. system was chosen thanks to its specific technology which balances the internal air within a drainage system, protects water trap seals and minimises unpleasant drainage smells.
